I spent a hot, record breaking summer without a kitchen, dealing with the girls (4 and 7), no a/c, and thankfully had a mom who lived at a condo with a huge pool. I thought we'd never get through that summer. 5 years later, I loooove my kitchen. I still say that every morning when I'm making my coffee.
